What happens after you book a call

1. The first call30 minutes, free

   You tell us what’s going wrong. By minute 25 we’ll tell you whether we can help. If we can’t, we’ll tell you who can.

2. Within a week

   We measure where things stand today, so we can both see what changed later. Then a written plan with a fixed price: what we’ll do, what we won’t, when it’ll be done and what it costs.

3. While we work

   You see real progress every week, on your own data or your own site. Every phase has its own price, and you can stop after any of them and keep what’s built.

4. After launch

   You own everything: the code, the accounts and notes on how it all works. We stay on call for three months in case anything breaks.

A monthly retainer
